Since April 2022 Guest researcher at the Research Centre Eastern Europe at the University of Bremen (Foundation EVZ as well as Foundation Aufarbeitung der SED Diktatur in the programme "Memory work").
2010 to 2022 Chairman of the human rights organisation Memorial Perm (forced liquidation)
2017/2018 Education and exhibition project "Raznye voiny - different perspectives on the Second World War" as well as Memory work exchange residency at the Research Centre for Eastern Europe at the University of Bremen
Since 2013 coordinator of the working group "Historical Memory and Education" of the EU-Russia Civil Forum
2000 until the dissolution of the organisation, Head of Volunteering and Historical Education of the "Young Memorial".
Educational projects:
- Seminars, workshops in schools and educational institutions in Perm and Perm region on the topic of coming to terms with political repressions.
- Expeditions and excursions in the Perm Oblast on the topic of political repressions, cartography of the GULAG, interviews with eyewitnesses within the framework of the project "On the Rivers of Memory
- International summer schools and encounter projects on the topic of remembrance culture and coming to terms with the past in cooperation with European universities and civil society actors, including summer camps at the Perm-36 Gulag Museum.
Coordination of the project "Alternative Civilian Service and Humanisation of Military Service in the Perm Region Educational and campaign work, legal counselling for civilian and military service.
1999 - 2001 Research assistant at the Museum of the History of Political Repressions and Totalitarianism "Perm-36".
1998 - 1999 Research assistant at the museum "Chochlovka" in the Perm region
